PitStopLog is a software service operated by Techniquent, LLC (“Techniquent”, “we”, “us”). These Terms of Service govern your use of PitStopLog.com and the PitStopLog service (the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
PitStopLog is intended for personal vehicle tracking and maintenance recordkeeping unless otherwise agreed in writing. You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to misuse or interfere with the Service.
2. Accounts & Your Data
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of information you provide and for safeguarding your account credentials.
You retain ownership of your vehicle and maintenance data. You grant Techniquent permission to store, process, and display your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
3. Fair Use & Abuse
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if we determine, in our sole discretion, that an account is being used in a manner that is abusive, excessive, automated, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful.
Examples include excessive storage usage, SMS abuse, scraping, attempts to bypass plan limits, or other misuse.
4. Plans, Pricing & Changes
We may modify plans, pricing, features, or limits at any time. If changes affect paid plans, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes in advance when possible. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
5. SMS Terms
By opting in to receive SMS notifications, you consent to receive automated text messages related to your account and reminders.

- Message and data rates may apply.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
- Reply HELP for help or contact support@pitstoplog.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your phone number is used only to send messages you have opted in to receive. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold. We may use trusted service providers to deliver messaging services.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techniquent, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
